This command sets one of the three different run limits. By default a run is unlimited.
* Event limit#
Set run limit based on the number of events taken
* Histo Hname/Hnum limit#
Set run limit based on the first channel of the given histogram reaching the limit
* Test Tname limit#
Set run limit based on the number of events passing the given test
